What kind of photo do you need?

Any clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible. Phone photos are perfect — you'll upload it right on the product page and see an instant preview before you order.

Can you do more than one pet in a portrait?

Yes! Upload a photo that has both pets in it, or email us the extra photos at shopfuzzhaven@gmail.com after ordering — we'll compose them together.

Do you only do dogs and cats?

Any pet. Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, birds, reptiles — if you love them, we'll paint them.

How long does it take?

Your artwork preview arrives by email in 24–48 hours. After you approve, printing and delivery takes about 5–8 business days in the US.

What if I don't like the preview?

We revise it — free — until you do. We never print without your approval.

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely. Memorial and birthday portraits are our most gifted items. Add a note at checkout or email us and we'll take care of the rest.
